Meta / Facebook Login and XBOSS application data deletion method
Privacy Commitment and Meta Platform Terms
In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, users who access XBOSS ASIA GROUP, Rekood AI (rekood.com), or Rasuk App (rasuk.app) through Facebook / Meta Login may request deletion of their personal data. The XBOSS ecosystem is represented by Xboss Asia Empire Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia and PT Xboss Asia Group in Indonesia.
1Automatic Data Deletion Through Facebook Account Settings
If you registered or signed in using Facebook / Meta Login, you can initiate the deletion flow from your Facebook account dashboard:
- Open your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy then Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites from the sidebar menu.
- Find the application named XBOSS ASIA GROUP, Rekood AI, or Rasuk App.
- Click Remove to revoke application access.
- Open View Removed Apps and Websites, then click Send Request to trigger a data deletion request to XBOSS systems.
2Manual Data Deletion Request
If you prefer to request deletion directly from our database without using the Facebook dashboard, follow these steps:
Manual Request Steps
- Send a support message with the subject "User Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]".
- Include your registered email address, user ID, or phone number used for your Rekood / Rasuk / XBOSS account.
- Our technical team will process the request and remove personal records from primary and backup systems within a maximum of 48 business hours. Written confirmation will be provided after completion.
