Welcome to XBOSS ASIA GROUP. By accessing or using our ecosystem, including Rekood AI (rekood.com), Rasuk App (rasuk.app), and XBOSS network hardware products such as Router XB 300 and USB Modem XB 100, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Corporate Entities
The XBOSS ecosystem is represented by Xboss Asia Empire Sdn. Bhd. as the Malaysia headquarters and corporate anchor, together with PT Xboss Asia Group as the Indonesia regional entity. Services, products, support, and legal notices may be administered by one or both entities depending on market, product, and customer location.
3. User Eligibility and Accounts
When registering an account or signing in through Meta/Facebook Login, you must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, UI designs, content, product names, and software code associated with XBOSS, REKOOD, and RASUK are owned or controlled by Xboss Asia Empire Sdn. Bhd., PT Xboss Asia Group, or their authorized affiliates and licensors.
5. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
XBOSS ASIA GROUP works to provide reliable services and product support. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party network providers, device environments, internet interruptions, user misconfiguration, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Governing Law
These terms may be interpreted under the applicable laws of Malaysia for matters involving Xboss Asia Empire Sdn. Bhd. and under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia for matters involving PT Xboss Asia Group.
